Welcome to Lambda Lambda Sigma Chapter

Greetings Brothers, Sorors of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Members of the Divine Nine, Faith-Based and Community Leaders, Community Partners, Supporters, and Friends,

It is with great humility, pride, and a profound sense of responsibility that I serve as the 13th President of the Lambda Lambda Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Since our chapter’s founding in 2001, Lambda Lambda Sigma has remained steadfast in its commitment to improving the quality of life for the individuals, families, and communities we serve throughout Trenton and Mercer County.

As we move forward, my vision is to build upon that legacy by strengthening community partnerships, expanding the reach and impact of our programs, developing the next generation of leaders, and creating measurable and sustainable change in the communities we serve.

Our work is guided by Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity’s national programs of Bigger and Better Business, Education, and Social Action. Through these initiatives, we seek to address some of the most pressing needs facing our communities. Whether providing scholarships to college-bound students, supporting workforce and economic development, promoting civic engagement, assisting families in need, or collaborating with organizations that share our commitment to service, our goal is not simply to be visible in the community—it is to make a meaningful and lasting difference.

One of our greatest responsibilities is investing in our young people. Through the Sigma Beta Club, we mentor young men ages 8–18 and provide opportunities for academic enrichment, leadership development, financial literacy, career exploration, cultural experiences, and community service. We believe that investing in our youth today helps prepare the responsible, educated, and engaged leaders our communities will depend upon tomorrow.

As President, I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and collective impact. The challenges facing our communities are too significant for any single organization to address alone. That is why Lambda Lambda Sigma will continue strengthening relationships with our Sorors of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., our fellow Divine Nine organizations, faith-based and community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and civic leaders.

While our organizations may have different histories, missions, and traditions, we share a common interest in strengthening the communities we serve. By bringing together our collective talents, relationships, experiences, and resources, we can accomplish far more together than any of us can accomplish individually.

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. was founded upon the principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service, and those principles will remain at the center of everything we do. Our motto, “Culture for Service and Service for Humanity,” is more than a statement—it is a call to action. It challenges us to use our education, talents, relationships, and resources to improve the lives of others.

As we look toward the future, Lambda Lambda Sigma remains committed to honoring the legacy of the Brothers who came before us while creating new opportunities for those who will follow. We extend an open invitation to our community partners, Divine Nine family, faith-based organizations, businesses, educational institutions, supporters, and friends to work alongside us as we strive to make Trenton and Mercer County stronger places to live, work, learn, serve, and raise a family.
